SizingTool 3.0 is our basic version of SizingTool that demonstrates the look and feel of our advanced and ultimate version. With one click you can calculate and clearly display the DC, AC and NZ (noise) solution of a Spice MOS model. Through the immediate response of the tool, they learn how to change the gm, gds, or Vdsat by changing the geometry. If you wish, you can customise the model parameters and see how they affect your simulation results.
