SizingTool3.2 supports almost any form of model parameter, whether they are parameterised, scaled, binned or carry instance information. The Parameter Machine Tool helps you easily translate SPICE-like model parameters into the required JSON-like data format. You can also select a transistor in the simulator of your choice and all parameters are automatically transported to SizingTool and the actual operating point is determined.
